LEO Decor complies with current Ukrainian legislation and provides transparent conditions for the exchange and return of facade and interior decor products.
Exchange and return conditions
Customers have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- the product retains its original appearance;
- there are no signs of installation or use;
- supporting documents are available.
Non-returnable items
Please note that products manufactured according to individual specifications or custom orders are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with Ukrainian law.
Return procedure
To initiate an exchange or return, please:
- Contact our manager;
- Agree on the return details;
- Send the product using the agreed delivery method.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
